•To develop the process of the recovery of diesel excise duties from Hungary together with the management team;
•To identify clients within /and outside the company database interested on recovery diesel excise duties from Hungary;
•To process the agreements between the clients and the company for these type of services;
•To ensure that all the clients provide on time all the necessary documents for the recovery of the diesel excise duties from Hungary;
•To control the process of recovery by submitting the relevant documents and by contacting the persons in charge for approving the recovery of diesel excise duties;
•To maintain all the necessary records in order to complete the process by invoicing the fees to the clients;
•To ensure that all accounts are well controlled and that all outstanding fees owed to the company for this activity is collected.
•All correspondence, verbal or written need to be documented;
•To ensure monthly preparation of the pending applications;
•To investigate and resolve any queries relating to refusal of reimbursement by the Hungarian authorities;
•To notify the clients if it is needed to complete their file for the recovery of excise duties;
•To consult the Manager / Superior and under their instruction to manage any issue aroused in the recovery process;
•To make proposals to the Manager / Superior for any actions to be started for solving these issues;
•To manage and present all reports needed for this activity.
At times to perform other duties over and above those specified above.
Good standard of education, graduate in Economics
Able to demonstrate experience of working in a Sales / Account administration department;
Excellent communication skills at all levels
Experience of dealing with clients at all levels
High standard of numeracy, accuracy with attention to detail
Good Excel skills ; Microsoft Office tools
Ability to manage & prioritize work
Ability to recognize potential risks to the Firm that should be escalated
Good command in Hungarian language, written and spoken it’s a must.
