RESPONSABILITATI

Initiates new contacts with potential customers and expands existing accounts within an established scope: governmental / public sector.

Creates offers, contracts, coordinates projects / elaborates programmes and follows their
performance.


Responsibilities:

- Informs on projects, programmes, existing requirements in public sector.
- Provides the company image and distributed products (brands).
- Provides a high level of customer satisfaction requirements, in conformity with company's sales procedures.
- Informs about legal regulations referring to specific acquisition procedures (tenders, financing ) and aim at having a thorough command of these procedures by the related personnel.
- Creates offers and sustain them;
- Initiates and negotiates contracts, controls the contract order and the negotiation of these contracts by the related personnel.
- Initiates the orders and follows the delivery stage, both of the orders that it's directly responsible, and the orders initiated by the related personnel;
- Coordinates the elaboration of the existing complex projects on Public Sector Department;
- Follows on contracts execution;
- Follows on payment terms;
- Supervises the deliveries to the customers;
- Builds buyer confidence to sign long term, high value contracts;
- Makes presentations, writes proposals and manages the bid process in compliance with customer's requirements;
- Administrates and / or supervises the activities and relations with partners / related personnel in order to ensure the post-sales services;
- Concentrates informations about the competition and reports to Sales Manager and Managing Director on market evolution;
- Collaborates with Technical Department and with Product Managers to make the right choice on products and services that correspond to customers requirements and necessities;
- Collaborates with other departments on settling the partners that will be involved in projects deployment.


CERINTE

- Experience in Public Sector is an advantage;
- Excellent communication skills, building relationships;
- Managing Account Potential;
- Strong presentation, organization, coordination and negotiation skills;
- Language skills: fluent in English;
- Driving license - mandatory
