RESPONSABILITATI

- communicate with foreign clients in a professional manner;
- answer client questions and resolve requests via telephone;
- offer information to clients and potential clients;
- ensure client support using several software applications;
- manage and develop client data base, selling company's products and services and keeping records of actions taken.

CERINTE

- good knowledge of English is a must, while any other European language is a plus;
- excellent communication skills;
- hard working and positive;
- experience in sales is preferred;
- experience in capital markets (an advantage.
