This Account Manager is responsible for the smooth running of an account & the effective management of all client projects.
The Account Manager plays a pivotal role in the development of advertising campaigns. He/she is judged primarily on implementation & project management skills. Strategic insights will become increasingly important.
It is also key for the Account Manager to develop his/her management skills by coaching & developing their reports & by demonstrating an ability to effectively delegate both up & down.
As the Account Manager moves towards promotion to Account Director, he/she will need to show leadership & drive in thinking of innovative solutions to business/strategic problems & in merchandising of the Agency’s services.

Strengths:
- project management – time, client and financial management are a must

Level (experience):
- 2 years experience in working in advertising, 1 year as account manager
-high level of experience on BTL specific accounts.
-Knowledge of both ATL and BTL, regional client coordination would be a plus.
