·Monitors both Lending and Non-lending relationships with individual and company customers;
·Maintains on a regular basis contacts with target groups of customers;
·Gathers information on the prospective clients ensuring that the products offered are tailored on customers’ needs (co-operates with Bank staff in this respect);
·Negotiates general terms and conditions for loan agreements with clients;
·Prepares preliminary risk evaluation analyses to be presented to the Credit Committee;
·Follows-up the credit operations until the fully reimbursement of loans for individual and company customers
·University Degree;
·Minimum 1 year banking experience
·Good communication skills & customer orientation;
·Excellent negotiation and presentation skills;
·Problem solving attitude;
·Ability to meet targets and deadlines;
·Fluency in English: written and spoken;
·Good knowledge of bank procedures and norms
