ACCOUNT MANAGER
Overall responsibilities:
Development and implementation of the sales strategy to improve business growth;
Promote the commercial credit insurance on the Romanian market;
Contribute on development of the sales department.
Meet the sales target set by the management, according to the budget approved;
Detailed responsibilities:
Prospect the market;
Identify the potential clients;
Sending the general presentation of the policy and description of the company;
Contact the selected prospects;
Establish meetings with suitable companies;
Prepare offers and explain policy clauses;
Negotiate new policies;
Renew existing policies;
Maintaining close contact with clients on account activities (service).
Relevant experience in direct sales, preferably in services area;
Very good understanding of the economical terms and aspects;
University Graduate;
Fluency in English;
Good track record in managing relationship with customers;
Outstanding negotiation, communication and persuasion capabilities;
Serious persons, determined and ambitious;
Self-confident, a good team player.
