¿ To be considered you must possess 3-5 years of successful class sales experience, preferably in the technology, preferable professional services in banking and insurance.
¿ Experience selling nascent products/services into new markets is desired.
¿ The ideal candidate must have demonstrated success in solutions selling environments in project based or time and materials; demonstrated success in selling to Executive level management.
¿ Must also be highly consultative and solutions-oriented; have superior communication and presentation skills and the ability to thrive in an ambiguous environment.
¿ The candidate must be able to develop original ideas, approaches, and solutions to typical, unusual, or difficult situations or problems.
¿ Lastly, this person should be very passionate about success and winning.
¿ Candidate should speak fluent Romanian and English.
¿ A bachelor's degree is required; an M.B.A. is preferred.
