Main Objectives:
-promote and sell HVAC, F&S and integrated solutions on the Romanian market to direct customers
-assure country or designed market segment coverage.
-best price/quality ratio of HVAC, F&S and integrated solutions quotations according to customers request
-maximize GM of HVAC, F&S and integrated solutions quotations for direct customers
Main responsibilities
-identify and develop potential direct customers
-prepare HVAC, F&S and/or integrated quotations for direct customers, follow them up and get the contract
-propose to management the strategic and action plans for direct sales channel
-execute the approved plans and report their status regularly
-continuous update of the products knowledge (keep pace with the latest products developments )
Additional responsibilities
-provide technical support/training to direct customers
-maintain strong relations with related Honeywell technical support teams
-maintain strong relations with the rest of the local HBS team, sales & ops.
-participate in marketing activities, technical presentations, workshops, conferences etc
-Technical university graduate (Electrical Engineering, Automation profile )
-Excellent sales skills and negotiation skills, technical mind/sense
-Relevant experience in the field of building automation & building management markets ¿ minimum 3 years
-Proven track record clients database in building management market
-Experience in fire & security and/or HVAC field is an advantage
-Result driven, dynamic , tenacious, flexible
-Able to work both independently and in a team
-positive reaction to stress and able to meet tight deadline
-Excellent communication skills,
-Fluency in English
-Availability for travel at least 70% of the time (in the country and abroad)
