RESPONSABILITATI

Leading the entire Forte Business Services business with a specific customer;
Matching service offerings with customer needs, taking into account their markets, objectives and strategies;
Generating and evaluating sales leads and business opportunities with involvement of sales experts and other parties.

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the profit and loss (P & L) of the entire business with a customer;
Responsible for developing and strengthening customer relationship and exploiting the business potential of the customer through selling the complete Siemens Business Services value chain;
Responsible for the correctness, completeness and quality of customer data.

Tasks:

Understanding in-depth the customer¿s business strategy and priorities;
Establishing and sustaining company-to-company business relationships;
Establishing and maintaining effective communication within the customer, identifying appropriate stakeholders;
Maintaining high level of customer satisfaction;
Developing account plan together with contributing sales experts; provide account target data to sales experts and support sales teams;
Supporting proposal teams and negotiations with the customer;
Executing account plan, coordinating Forte Business Services sales activities for this account;
Assessing and managing risks;
Reporting to the Sales Manager.


CERINTE

Education:

University level, technical or business degree.

Experience:

At least 5 years working experience with the tasks mentioned above;
At least 3 years experience in the IT&C field;

Knowledge:

Solutions and service portfolio of IT&C;
Trends and context in IT&C;
Knowledge of business economics;
Commercial methods and tools such as pricing, terms & conditions, controlling;
Development of business- and account plans;
Good command of English (spoken and written);
German knowledge is a plus.
