Responsibilities:

• Find accounts that have open vacancies, build relationships and close new opportunities.
• Screen candidates and identify top talent and position in client organizations.
• Accurately forecast new business on a monthly basis.
• Attain all established individual objectives, quotas and guidelines.
• Continually stay abreast of client requirements, open vacancies and market.
• Attend all company sponsored training sessions and apply learned techniques to sales function.

This position uses experience and knowledge to build relationships with the clients to ultimately drive sales, identifying open positions, finding candidates, screening the market, making recommendations and position top talent in our clients.
