We are seeking an intelligent, dynamic, extremely articulate and highly motivated self-starter to generate new business for our company. Ideal candidates will be entrepreneurial and have the desire to expand their role and grow with the company. You will be responsible for building a customer base, with help from the great leads we regularly obtain, as well as working with the existing RDA Sales and Marketing Teams.

Since RDA has been in business for 25 years, we have developed a great “word of mouth” referral system along with strong partnerships that provide great leads for us, which enables the opportunity to earn commissions very quickly.

The successful candidate will be focused on selling our computer products and services. Your earning potential is unlimited. The bottom-line is that you will grow our revenue in-line with current forecasts by aggressively adding new customers who offer year-on-year growth potential. CERINTE

Basic Duties:
• Create proposals and perform demos with aid from our Sales Engineers
• Work in a Team to close deals as well as on Quarterly Events RDA holds to attract new business
• Proactively contact prospective and existing clients via email/phone/in person

Required Skills/Qualifications:
• Must have at least 1 year experience in any kind of business-to-business office environment
• Excellent English language knowledge
• Team Player, Flexible & Resilient
• Excellent communications and telephone skills (oral and written)
• Resourceful, proactive and organized and have excellent follow-up skills
• Must be comfortable calling on all levels of an organization
• Must be able to manage several projects simultaneously
• Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel) & any major email system (GroupWise, Lotus Notes, Outlook)
• Extremely detail oriented, comfortable working independently, extremely well organized, have the technical aptitude to learn new technologies
• Development and cultivation of opportunities with prospective clients via incoming and outbound sales calls as well as web leads.
• Develop a simple, clear and objectives driven semi-annual business plan
• Display initiative, self motivation, and high quality work meeting deadlines and business goals within a dynamic environment.

Ideal Candidates Will:
• Have a Bachelors Degree in a related field or working towards one
• Demonstrate focused commitment, high energy and utmost level of integrity & business ethics
• Be a fast learner of a variety of new software applications
• Have experience selling or demonstrating software
• Have some Sales experience at any level
