RESPONSABILITATI

The Senior Account Executive is charged to excel at the following:

The Client Agency Relationship
- Develop a close and productive relationship with Clients
- Fulfil basic Client requests promptly and efficiently
- Communicate all other Client requests to the team accurately
- Appreciate need for Client confidentiality

Marketing/Advertising Skills
- Understanding of the Client Brands/ Business
- Understand the Brand Footprint, market share of the key brands and also provide a good understanding of the competition tendences
- Have a good understanding of conceptual target audience for each of the brands
- Understand the role of advertising in the marketing and communication in marketing mix

Creative
- Development/Aiming for Creative Excellence
- Work with team to produce and source information for effective creative briefing sessions
- Understand the timetable to produce quality creative work, what is possible and what is not

General
- Understand the responsibilities of each member of the wider Advertising Agency team and the basics of their job

Organisation and Administration
- Create, manage and update Brand Books for each brand
- Ensure the smooth running of day-to-day activities including being responsible for setting up of client meetings and the equipment (audio/video)
- Support Account Manager/Director


CERINTE

- Previous experience in handling telecom & automotive accounts
- Presentation and Communication Skills
- Good PC skills (incl. Email, Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Internet)
- Professional and friendly telephone manners (both internally and externally) messages include time/date/name/action required
- An active team player
- Have a solution oriented attitude
- Understand the importance of prompt and efficient billing and its effect on agency cash flow
