- Ensuring from sales department viewpoint, together with the technical department, that architecture is created for each client solution (normally prior to presenting a final proposal to a client);
- Proactively seeking out and building relationships with third parties in the accounts;
- Producing and keeping up to date documentation which reflects the current status of the partnership with the account, a profile of the key executives, the account strategy and the campaigns current in the account;
- Submit daily, weekly and monthly forecasts of qualified sales opportunities that are expected to materialize in the coming month;
- Perform demonstrations and presentations of services to clients, either through in-house systems, or on-site or at conferences.

- Ability to develop and harvest new businesses;
- Ability to enforce a consultancy-type of relationship with the customer and to communicate business benefits derived when outcome is realized;
