Organising client meetings and requirements thereof (e.g. booking rooms, lunch, room layout/presentation etc.);
Recording all client meetings in accurate contact reports;
According support to manager in preparing presentations;
Monitoring and analysing competitive advertising and competitive product activity;
Organizing and coordinating implementation (100% responsible for project management);
Liaise with client for payment of invoices and clears up invoice queries promptly.
For one of our clients, an international company, we are looking for an Account Executive.
Requirements:
6 months – 1 year of experience on a similar position;
Knowledge of advertising and marketing;
Analytical thinking and problem solving skills;
Communication and teamwork;
Leadership ;
Creativity and flexibility ;
High quality of briefs;
MS Office – mandatory;
English – advanced level.
