The main responsibilities will focus on:
- receiving and posting checks to customers in a timely and accurate manner;
- contacting customers when remittance advice is unclear and minimizing unidentified payments;
- setup charge backs and short payments accurately and send appropriate back-up documents to the responsible party.
Our client, a well known Romanian-American company, manufacturer and distributor of paper products, is looking for an Account Analyst.
The ideal candidate must have:
- fluency in English (both written and spoken);
- excellent analytical skills;
- minimum 1 year experience in dealing with customers;
- good attention to details.
