- Ensure the necessary suport for participants & clients accommodation
- Promote the company's services
- University degree in Tourism
- Tourism license and at least 2-3 years experience in a similar position are mandatory
- Excelent knowledge of a foreign language English/French/German or Spanish ( spoken and written )
Experienced PC ( computer literate on MS Office ) and Internet user
- Strong planning & organizing skills.
- Organizational experience on national or international projects would be a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple tasks
- Client oriented
- Results oriented
- Marketing, sales or negotiation knowledge is an advantage
