Play a leadership role on the project and are involved in all phases of a life cycle implementation including blueprinting, gap analysis, mapping, prototypes, design, configuration, testing, go-live, and post production support;
Collaborates with the DG Business partners, SAP Functional Specialists, Solution/Enterprise architects, and application architects to ensure alignment with the integrated solution to be delivered to meet business process requirements;
Determine those technology inadequacies and /or deficiencies that can affect the functional area's ability to support or meet the organizational goals as well as lead enterprise applications integration efforts and oversee the validation of the associated work products;
Designs, tests, debugs and implements the new and/or encashment of SAP Solution based on functional and design analysis document, and in line with the Delhaize IT development, operations and security standards and guidelines;
Periodically ensures support of the applications delivered in production (level 3 supports);
Participate on building process of Change management and Life cycle management policies and procedures of DG Group;
Following the Change management and Life cycle management policies and procedures of DG Group;
Coaching development Leaders and support / help them in a appropriate way;
Control strictly the development and deliverables to have high quality;
Define development best practise and shear it to development team.
Graduate IT (master) or equivalent by experience;
SAP ABAP Technical Designer, with a minimum of five (5+) years of experience in analysis and design of SAP Implementation Projects;
SAP ABAP Senior Developer, with a minimum of ten (10+) years of experience in analysis and design and development of SAP Implementation Projects;
Good knowledge of English;
Excellent communication, interpersonal, training and team leading skills and the ability to work effectively within a development team. Capable of providing leadership, mentoring of junior developers and technical support. Ability to deliver high quality results meeting established standards and expectations for the organization;
Ability to conduct research and recommend changes in an existing, changing or emerging environment;
Excellent use and knowledge of ABAP programming including Dialog Programming;
Experience with:
-Enhancement concepts: user-exits, BADIs, Module pool;
-Output Forms: Smart Forms, Sap script, Adobe forms;
-Reports Development: ALV Reports;
-Good knowledge of ABAP Objects;
-Data Dictionary;
-WebDynpro;
-BAPIs;
-Workflow development;
-Conversion/Migration tools: LSMW, Data Transfer Workbench;
-Interface development: EDI/ALE, SOAP and Web Services;
Good working knowledge of SAP business processes associated with SAP Logistics. Working experience in the following SAP modules:
-Material Management (Article Master);
-Purchasing (Purchase Orders, Goods Receipt MIGO, Logistic Invoice Verification MIRO);
-Inventory Management (Goods receipts, Goods issues);
-Sales & Distribution (Sales orders, Delivery notes, Billing Documents, Pricing);
Experience in IS-RETAIL SAP project is a major plus.
The ability to develop the required ABAP programs to support the business requirements of the project.
An understanding of technical specifications, user documentation and programming of user exits, reports, master data conversions and interfaces;
Logical and conceptual, Customer-oriented, Stress-resistant, Flexible, Autonomous, Constructive, Team player.
