- After successful results in applying the ISO 9001 Standards, IIS Europe has decided to use the 6 Sigmas methodology to increase its performance in 2007. The main Objective for the IIS Quality Department in 2007 is to redesign the production system and the company¿s ERP, based on 6 Sigma, ISO 9001 and ISO 27001 requirements, in order to provide the IIS Global Management with accurate information about the efficiency and the quality of the production processes.
- To achieve this ambitious goal, we are recruiting for the Quality department a 6 Sigma Training Officer - Green belt.
The 6 Sigma Training officer has the responsibility:
- To draft training materials for ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and 6 Sigma training sessions;
- To communicate, train and support all managers on the norms applied by the company:
- ISO 9001 for Quality Management;
- ISO 27001 for Information Security Management;
- ISO 20252 for Market Research;
- To train all managers to the 6 Sigma Green Belt level;
- To support and help the managers to solve the ongoing issues, by providing them with 6 Sigma and Quality Management methods.
- To ensure the company is oriented to continuous improvement of the processes by:
- Identification of key issues and setup appropriate methods resulting in Action Plans validated by the managers;
- Monitoring of the appliance of procedures;
- Follow up of action plans for improvements.
- To support Key projects for 6 Sigma:
- Support the 6 Sigma projects;
- Report on Key projects to the 6 Sigma Managers.
- Background Education:
- University degree;
- Professional qualification in Quality Management 6 Sigma;
- Green belt with projects references.
Experience:
- At least 3 years of hands-on experience as 6 Sigma Green Belt;
- Proven experience in trainings;
- Problem-solving expertise.
Languages:
- Fluent in English;
- Other languages will be a plus.
