WinLog is a Microsoft Certified Partner which develops integrated management software solutions (PGI/ERP) for construction companies (i.e. roads, bridges, buildings, etc). In order to serve the client¿s needs, the specific software consists of an application and function layer which can change parameters entirely.

WinLog France is currently organized in three departments:
- Sales,
- Account Management,
- Research and Development.
Our long term plan is to set up our Research and Development Department in Romania. This will take place in two phases:
-Phase 1: We will start forming and training a team of 5 HTML and JavaScript Developers which will reach a number of 10 until the end of 2006
-Phase 2: an additional team will be hired to develop the next version (V.4) of our main software in January 2007, with 30 new developers until the end of 2007.
We already recruited 6 developers in august for the phase 1 of our project. Right now we need 4 developers to complete the team.

Job description:
We are looking for 4 developers (HTML JAVASCIPT) to join our Romania team.
You will be part of the Research and Development team working on various projects related to developing new needs for types of parameters (i.e. screen, function, etc) of the customizable software that we develop and offer to our clients.
Based on the specifications given by the Account Manager, you will have to develop and modify our program to satisfy the client¿s needs.
Whenever necessary, you will present your modifications to the client along with the Account Manager. This may happen once every quarter, the location being France, Spain, etc.
- The successful candidate is probably between 22 to 26 years old, with an accumulated experience of 0 to 3 years in the domain;
- Strong and proven knowledge of HTML and JavaScript;
- Knowledge of Visual Basic Script, CSS is a plus;
- Quite familiar with Object Oriented programming;
- Able to communicate in English and/or French.
