-Helps Technical Office Director to organize and manage the maintenance department having as objective the best efficiency rate of production equipments;
-Builds the maintenance department: preventive maintenance program, spare parts stock, team organizing;
-Supports the director in managing budget of the maintenance department;
-Monitors the production processes from the point of view of the tool maintenance;
-Initiates and drives the corrective actions and Continuous improvement programs.
OTHER PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCES:
-Foreign languages: fluent in English (Italian language will be an advantage)- international mobility;
-PC proficiency: MS Office, TPM tools methods, maintenance planning and methodologies.

- Ensures the efficiency of plant, including through the programming and execution of maintenance;
- Ensures the design and to manage the implementation of modifications and adaptations to lines and to machinery;
