- Performs the intake of non-standard changes, requested by the Business or Operational Departments;
- Acts as the change builder and change owner for third party (supplier and contractor) recurrent and (mostly) standard changes;
- Assists and supports the change builders with respect for the change management process and the operational and service level agreements;
- Executes the changes for third parties (supplier and contractor) and for packaged operations for level 2, with respect for the SLA;
- Updates methods, processes, roadmaps and standard changes;
- Develops scripts and tools to support and automate execution, reporting and follow-up of the daily operations;
- Assures that our tools and methods stay at the required performance level through the suggestion for improvements;
- Assures the application of the ITIL (Change, Incident, Problem and Configuration management) processes in his/her day to day work.
Our client, Leading Telecom Company is creating in Romania a new department to ensure optimum quality services in networks Mobile & Internet. In their expanding team of professionals a key role will be held by the IT Specialist (Change and operations).
The successful candidate should be highly motivated with a proven record of IT and Telcom exposure. He will have to fulfill the requirements:
- University degree in Informatics or Telecom;
- 3+ years experience in an operational IT or Telecom environment in a large company;
- General Knowledge of IT and Telecom in an operational environment;
- Familiarity with Linux, Red Hat, software QA Tools;
- Expertise in coordination of change management processes;
- Knowledge of ITIL;
- Excellent English communication skills;
- Diplomacy, costumer and team oriented attitude as well as general adaptability are highly valued.
