• To provide change management analysis capabilities & support for all proposed changes that may impact the company. Ensure that relevant changes are identified, documented, reviewed and approved by appropriate stakeholders.
• Drive a culture of continuous improvement and operational excellence ensuring that any failed changes are detected and reviewed with appropriate corrective measures applied
To service
• To collaborate with analyse all changes which may impact the colleagues in technical specialist roles to ensure the change is accurately documented and the impact assessment is carried out.
• Establish and maintain effective working relationships with change governance and management teams across the company and the partners.
• Review all failed changes to support root cause analysis, identifying and proposing appropriate corrective actions within change management and operational teams
• Analyses and offers support for improvement actions across relevant support teams globally.
• Analyse the planned works in order to make sure all requirements are met for an effective implementation (quality check).
• Checks and supports the accuracy and integrity of planned work documentation and information for all changes scheduled on the assigned services.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience:
• Experience in a multinational environment
• English proficiency (B2-C1)

• Good skills of IT project management methodology
Technical competencies, knowledge and experience :
• Good understanding of ITIL methodology
