Complete O&M on ZTE's BSC/RNC, BTS/NodeB ;
- Fault Restoration / TT handling / Alarm handling;
- Access Network Configuration Management;
- Prepare, handling and implement Work Orders and Change Requests;
- Incident Management (2nd level troubleshooting) by post processing customer's recquirements, trouble tickets and excalation to 3rd level support;
- Preparing and executing Preventive Maintenance (Health Check) for ZTE's equipment;
- Software update and upgrades for FNI and Roll out;
- BTS/RNC/Nodeb equipment installation, Rehoming, migration, split activities;
- Account and Access Administration (Security Incident Investigation);
- Network Performance Monitoring, Performance analysis, dig down the problem and provide solution (CSSR, Call Drop, TCH assignment success rate, TCH drop, SD drop, HO success rate, TCH/SDCCH Congestion/Blocking etc.) ;
- KPI analysis and set improvement plan to reach the target;
- Proficient in using OSS tools and other specific ZTE's tools for network management;
- Communication with customer for specific activities and problems/solutions ;
- Reporting to Technical Manager, Project Manager.
At least 2 years experience on a similar position;
- Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunication / Radio will be a plus;
- Knowledge about ZTE's equipments and tools is a plus;
- Advanced knowledge of English is a must.
