Our client, Leading Telecom Company is creating in Romania a new department to ensure optimum quality services. We are looking for an highly motivated individual, with a to do attitude, goal oriented and eager to continue growing in a true team of professionals. In their expanding team of professionals a key role will be held by the IT Services Support Expert.
The candidate key role will be to:
- Ensure, in an international environment, that complex, transversal, multi-domain & multi-technology problems, which are escalated by the company's various branches, are solved within the service-SLA's and with a minimum of impact for the end-users;
- Use his expertise and end-to-end domains knowledge in order to pro-actively give support to Project Leaders in the Service Delivery chain (new services arriving in the support-portfolio) on all axes (i .e. Customer Care, Supervision and Change Management);
- Manage the entire process of escalations;
- Propose modifications to the technical architecture, by means of analysing, synthesising and solving recurrent issues on the architecture;
- Develops, installs and maintains in cooperation with the respective Skill Centers all needed temporary technical solutions to guarantee or improve the service-availability within the service - SLA's with the business units;
- Increase the percentage of incidents directly resolved at L1 level in developing remote actions for the L1 operators;
Requirements:
- University degree preferable in a technical field;
- Familiarity with Linux technology;
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a Telecom environment;
- Experience over a period of at least 5 years in Coordination-function on technical operations;
- Deep knowledge of IT, Mobile networking technology and applications;
- Analytical mindset;
- Expert in IT Operations;
- Expertise on specific services or products up to the level of functionalities and architecture;
- Advanced English knowledge;
- French knowledge will be a plus;
