¿ inspects project sites to monitor progress and ensure conformance to design specifications and safety or sanitation standards
¿ estimates quantities and cost of materials, equipment, or labor to determine project feasibility
¿ supervises tendering procedures and puts together proposals
¿ liaises effectively with architects, subcontractors, contracts civil engineers, consultants, co-workers and clients
¿ manages change, as the client may change their mind about the design, and identifies, formalises and notifies relevant parties of changes in the project
¿ reviews and approves project drawings
¿ schedules material and equipment purchases and delivery
¿ ensures that a project runs smoothly and that the structure is completed on time and within budget
¿ graduate of Civil Engineering Faculty
¿ minimum 2-3 years experience
¿ excellent English knowledge
¿ proved communication abilities
