WinLog is a Microsoft Certified Partner which develops integrated management software solutions (PGI/ERP) for construction companies (i.e. roads, bridges, buildings, etc). In order to serve the client¿s needs, the specific software consists of an application and function layer which can change parameters entirely.
One of the leaders on the market, Winlog offers modern solutions for management and estimations running on Windows, almost totally customizable, flexible to work the way the building and civil Engineering company¿s work.
WinLog is setting up a company in Romania.
WinLog France is currently organized in three departments:
- Sales,
- Account Management,
- Research and Development.
Our long term plan is to set up our Research and Development Department in Romania. This will take place in two phases:
-Phase 1: We will start forming and training a team of 5 HTML and JavaScript Developers which will reach a number of 10 until the end of 2006 and of 30 developers until the end of 2007.
-Phase 2: an additional team will be hired to develop the next version (V.4) of our main software in January 2007

You will be part of the Research and Development team working on various projects related to developing new needs for types of parameters (i.e. screen, function, etc) of the customizable software that we develop and offer to our clients.
Based on the specifications given by the Account Manager, you will have to modify our program to satisfy the client¿s needs.
Whenever necessary, you will present your modifications to the client along with the Account Manager. This may happen once every quarter, the location being France, Spain, etc.

CORE:
- The successful candidate is probably between 22 to 26 years old, with an accumulated experience of 0 to 3 years in the domain;
- Strong and proven knowledge of HTML and JavaScript;
- Should be language oriented on C++;
- Knowledge of Visual Basic Script, CSS;
- Quite familiar with Object Oriented programming;
- Able to communicate in English and/or French.
