- Design and/or improve department processes in order to achieve efficiency and meet department objectives;
- Analyze and monitor the impact of each process and related issues within department’s operations and provide solutions in this regard;
- Identify and follow up on variations, proactively escalate the identified issues to department manager;
- Act as the first level of support for department management regarding internal and cross functional processes related issues.
- University graduate;
- Minimum 3 years of working experience, preferably in financial services area;
- Previous experience in process mapping and understanding;
- Strong initiative and excellent communication skills, with both technical and non-technical people;
- Very organized and determined person;
- Problem solving skills, analytical mind and positive attitude;
- Computer knowledge (MS Office);
- Good English knowledge.
