- Promoter management scheme development, such as training, monitoring, evaluation, motivation.
- Constant management & reporting of merchandising activity
- Closely work with Sales Director, Product Managers and Marketing Manager
- In-store communication management (POP, catalog distribution, placement, monitoring & display management)
- Product display management (proper number of product in each shop, eye-catching location display)
- Display product quality management (dirty, blocked product trouble shooting management)
- Promoter, merchandiser, shop assistant voice reports (customer reaction, market movement, competitor activity, neck point and so on)
- Professional experience of at least 2 years in merchandising / sales, within a multinational company
- Experience in coordinating a team
- Experience in the same field, respectively sales through distribution of electronics and household appliances, would be a plus
- Excellent communication and persuasiveness skills
- Dynamic, with positive attitude, open to learn and adapt to different situations
- Very good knowledge of English
- Good computer background
- Driver license
