- Responsible for proper legal execution process by coordinating and sustaining all partner executors;
- Identify best solutions for legal execution process; track costs and follow results;
- Responsible for the fulfillment of the legal activities which are necessary from one stage of the execution to another in accordance to the established targets;
- Visit the executors periodically, select new executors when needed, screen new potential offices, negotiate contracts with potential partners;
- Draw up periodical and/or ad-hoc reports related to his/her area.
- Law University graduate;
- At least 2 years of working experience; previous experience in legal execution process is a must (former bank executor experience will be a plus ); (for the Jr. position – knowledgeable about the legal execution process);
- Very good communication and analytical skills;
- Leadership skills;
- Very organized, determined, problem solving and results oriented person;
- Computer knowledge (MS Office);
- Clean driving license (B category) and willing to travel.
