- develops, implements and maintains required databases and applications;
- solves day to day problemshit computers, printers, telecommunications and operational software;
- trains users on operational software and use of company's applications;
- promptly answers any customer request;
- develops, implements and hardware, telecommunication and operational applications;
- reduces downtime and ensures that the systems are operational, prepares and updates operating procedures for the systems;
- assists in developing, testing and implementing the required applications;
- procures equipament and services, maintains relationship whit vendors to jointly resolve potential problems and improve service;
- prepares the yearly budgets for hardware, softwareand telecomunications;
- shows full commitment towards meeting deadlines;
- meets all raporting deadlines through effective planning and organizing;
- in charge whit IT & C Securyty;
- university Graduate;
- at least 2 years experience in relevant IT fields;
- ERP experience would be a major advantage;
- knowledge in international purchasing, trade management and sales processes;
- customer orinted, analytical thinking, very good resources administrator;
- ability to make timely decision;
- abyliti to work under stress;
- good communication and informing skils;
- experience working for a multi-national corporation;
- experience B2B ad B2C enviroment;
- fluency in English;
