- Organizing and preparing all legal and organizational steps towards establishing company;
- Creating the business and supervising over their execution of the company;
- Organizing the employment of new employees in the field sales, administration and tehnical support;
- Controlling the situation on the market, making analysis of the prices, creating price policy in coordination with the central in Slovenia;
- Making all requested raports from the central office in Slovenia over the operation and business activities in Romania;
- University degree;
- 3 years experience on a similar management position;
- 5 years experience in the construction field;
- Very good communication & negociation skills;
- Advanced English knowledge;
- Driving licence B category;
