Develop, improve and manage all Customer Relations Process:
- develop new project, strategy for improving to the brand loyalty and customer satisfaction;
- visit tothe stores and call center operations;
- monitor call center agents and stores;
- negotiate with technical services and suppliers to improve communication;
- preparing knowledge database for call center agents and stores;
- reporting to the monthly results;
- University degree;
- Excellent communication and customer orientation skills;
- Customer service experience would be an advantage;
- Capacity to handle multi tasks and problem solving abilities;
- MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook);
- good knowledge in English.
