Our client is a multinational company which sells construction materials
Responsibilities:
- communicating with the customers regarding the orders, invoices and deliveries;
- invoicing the orders taking into consideration the price offers;
- recovering overdue payments from the clients;
- preparing reports for the management regarding the orders and the sales;
- cooperating with the warehouse regarding the terms of delivery and stock of materials;
- very good English knowledge;
- very good knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel);
- previous experience in the commercial field (Customer Service Department is an advantage)
- ambitious and open minded person
- result –oriented person, able to work in a team;
