 Possibility to work from office in Poland also.

Daily duties:

 Work closely with field force representatives on pre-sales activity.
 Work with business leads in the ‘Acquire and Implement’ team on business case development and validation, process redesign and implementation.
 Attain optimum results in service delivery and customer satisfaction. Drive consistency and accuracy to deliver on-time results.
 People engagement levels in HR process, work closely with management on hiring, attrition, engagement, programs, career planning etc….
 Ensure timely&accurate measurement and reporting procedures are in place, ensure Process meets all compliance standards, responsible for processes meetings all customer service requirements.
 Actively participate in strategic business planning sessions.
 Participate in quarterly reviews with the customer and work with them to identify new opportunities for expansion.


CERINTE

Requirements:

 HR graduate, MBA preferred.
 Fluency in English, German and French, Romanian or Polish a plus but not essential.
 10-14 years experience in an International HRM role.
 Ideally experienced in HR within BPO organization, with international workforce.
 Experience in managing P&L for a division, project, center.
 Exposure to data privacy and compliance issues surrounding HR services delivery in Europe
 Ability to sense client’s business trends and make decisions accordingly.
 Comfortable with driving change, Implementing change, Commitment to excellence, Building Leaders by creating an environment of self-development.
