Daily duties:
Work closely with field force representatives on pre-sales activity.
Work with business leads in the ‘Acquire and Implement’ team on business case development and validation, process redesign and implementation.
Attain optimum results in service delivery and customer satisfaction. Drive consistency and accuracy to deliver on-time results.
People engagement levels in HR process, work closely with management on hiring, attrition, engagement, programs, career planning etc….
Ensure timely&accurate measurement and reporting procedures are in place, ensure Process meets all compliance standards, responsible for processes meetings all customer service requirements.
Actively participate in strategic business planning sessions.
Participate in quarterly reviews with the customer and work with them to identify new opportunities for expansion.
Requirements:
HR graduate, MBA preferred.
Fluency in English, German and French, Romanian or Polish a plus but not essential.
10-14 years experience in an International HRM role.
Ideally experienced in HR within BPO organization, with international workforce.
Experience in managing P&L for a division, project, center.
Exposure to data privacy and compliance issues surrounding HR services delivery in Europe
Ability to sense client’s business trends and make decisions accordingly.
