RESPONSABILITATI

The job is to support the launch of new lines at Autoliv Inflators Romania.The activities will include full level of technical knowledge of utilities in the area:
Responsible for installation and validation of inflator lines:
- machines, utilities, traceability system implementation
- line set up & validation
- will be in charge continuous improvement.
Process training for maintenance and operators.
Documentation for production:
- PFMEA
- work instructions.
Analyze and improve process capability and efficiency.


CERINTE

- at least 2-3 years experience in automotive manufacturing or similar,on a position like this
- strong knowledge of Process Engineering tasks like PFMEA & SPC
- experience in participation on process Engineering projects
- good technical skills,mechanical and welding. (laser,projection and MAG)
- ergonomics skill
- knowledge about automatic stations
- fluent English necessary,French advantage
- flexible and open minded
- good relationship and communication
- willing to travel for trainings and to improve his job
- analythical skills
