Required:
- very good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop required
- very good understanding of the special requirements of screen design
- very good understanding of what can and cannot be done on screen as opposed to print media
- creativity, of course
- abitlity to meet deadlines, reliability
- reasonable command of English
Nice to have:
- Flash knowledge
- Vector drawing programs (e.g. Adobe Freehand, Corel Draw)
- Basic HTML/CSS
- command of German
