For one of our clients, a multinational company, we are looking for a Transport Coordinator with German.
Responsibilities:
Manage assigned accounts;
Timely shipment of products to internal and external customers
Validate in TMS loading appointments at DC’s are properly obtained and recorded
Communication of service issues / opportunities
Develop business relationship with third party carriers to have them provide expected services
Work with Customer Service on exception requests and service issues
Continuous improvement focus needed to look for opportunities to improve current methods to improve overall freight costs.
University degree;
Excellent German skills;
Basic knowledge of transportation services;
Basic knowledge of geography, state and city locations;
Excellent phone and communication skills;
Ability to work independently;
Problem solver.
