The role is part of a team of IT&C experts working in often technically complex scenarios, in the area of Siemens Enterprise Communication products and solutions with focus on Openscape Voice (H8k), DLS, Opticlient, ComAssistant, Xpressions.
Key responsibilities:
• 3rd Level support consisting in technical troubleshooting and incident solving, for enterprise communication systems and solutions, for customers all over the world
• Participates in different projects with the purpose of optimization of existing customer solutions, designing new customer solution and taking part in the solution roll out
Education:
Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or related technical field
Experience:
• Experience with Openscape Voice, Hipath 4000 or other SEN Products , SOCA certification is considered a plus
• Experience in the telecommunication area , Voice and IP networks and software applications
• Very good command of English
• Good command of German is prefferable
• Availability to work in shifts, 24/7
