You will be part of the iQuest TELCO business unit, which delivers value added software services to mobile operators. You will have the opportunity to be involved in projects with high quality expectations and challenging deadlines, for mobile operators around the world. In order to cope with dynamic customer environments and high performance expectations, you will have to master various testing techniques and approaches, and have excellent technical background.
What will your responsibilities look like?
* Follow project milestones, create, plan and execute test scripts, document and progress defects
* Identify and report risks and issues to the test manager and/or project manager
* Define the scope of testing within the context of each project
* Create executive test summary reports about test results and defects
* Monitor progress of test execution and defect resolution
* Identify improvements to the process and assist their implementation
* Ensure quality deliverables, mentor and coach colleagues
* Excellent working knowledge of Oracle Database, SQL
* Good working knowledge of Unix/Solaris operating systems
* Strong experience in working with different scripting languages: Bash, Ruby, Perl
* Recognized software testing qualification, e.g. ISTQB/SAQ Certification could be a plus
