RESPONSABILITATI

-responding to customers by email or phone
-installing software and offer professional technical support, for proper functioning
-system maintenance and technical support for customers
-troubleshooting, document the problems/solution
-investigate and solve faults related to system problems
-replicating bugs as they are reported by customers
-software testing
-continually improving the support processes


CERINTE

Requirements in this priority order:
-ability to work from home at least in the first months
-fluent hungarian
-good English communication skills (both verbal and written)
-excellent PC skills
-sql and understanding relational database concepts (MS SQL or other)
-networking
-good communication skills
-some programming skills (html, javascript, c++. java, .net or any other is welcome)
-self-learning, creativity, problem solving, information management
-voip or other telecom knowledge
-technical or telecom studies or related discipline
-experience in telecom industry
-experience in a technical software support role
-solving difficult technical problems for remote customers
-Windows XP / Vista / Windows 7 and Windows Server knowledge
-other platform knowledge are welcome (Linux, MAC, Android, etc)
