For our client, a worldwide leader in automotive safety, we are looking for a SUPPLIER QUALITY ENGINEER.
-Build up Supplier Quality procedures;
-Organize and conduct supplier run@rate (process audits incl packaging, receiving);
-Responsible for timely accurate review and validation of PPAP package;
-Provide the necessary defined training for suppliers e.g. PPAP, 8D;
-Communicate and follow up with suppliers relative to non conforming deliveries;
-Analyze any component non-conformities reported by Production Quality in order to verify supplier or Autoliv concern;
-Coordinate the disposition of all defective components;
-Issue Defect Material Report, DMR (ensure correct cost allocation), request and follow-up problem resolution (8D) ;
-Conduct prioritized, scheduled supplier process audits;
-Responsible for supplier process audit and follow up containment at suppliers site
-Verify effectiveness of corrective actions (including 8D);
-Supplier 8D process owner .
-Engineering degree. Mechanical, Industrial, Material (Steels);
-2-5 years in automotive industry. Supplier Quality;
-Good communication skills in English;
-Knowledge in QS9000.
