• Selection and development of new Eastern European suppliers based on DIN EN ISO 9001:200 and ISO/TS 16949
• Monitoring of our supplier network
• Planning and execution of supplier audits including reviews
• QA KPI reporting, data analyses, data monitoring and improvement management
• Handling complaints with suppliers including the supervision of error avoidance measures and checking their effectiveness
• Coordinating and support of initial samples as per PPAP and VDA 2
• Cost saving activities
• Participation in fault prevention and optimisation programs
• Participation in setting quality targets and quantities
• Coordination of the supplier development activities with the strategic buyers and the cen-tral supplier development departement
• You have successfully completed your studies as a graduate mechanical engineer or mechatronic engineer
• Professional experience in supplier quality, especially in the automotive environment, would be of advantage
• You have the strong personality
• You are proficient in the English language
• Your outstanding commitment, self-reliance, team work and authority distinguishes you from others
• Being cost-conscious and quality-demanding is second nature to you
• You are familiar with the DIN EN ISO 9001:2000 and ISO/TS 16949 specifications
• You are familiar with data processing using MS Office. Basic knowledge of SAP R/3 would be an advantage
