-The candidates must have experience in detailing stairs, handrails, balustrades, or items that fall under the category of architectural metalwork such as lift shafts, canopies.
-The candidate must have experience in fabrication drawings i.e. issuing drawings to a shop floor environment for manufacture
- The candidate would need to have good spoken and written English in order to communicate effectively with clients and colleagues alike

-Company performance related bonuses, paid twice yearly at the discretion of the directors.
-29 days leave per year to include statutory days.
-Accommodation can be provided by the company by way of a shared house (own bedroom), at a cost of ?50 per week rent. All utility bills are paid for by the occupants.
