Your main responsibilities will be:
design and execute test strategy and test scenarios;
automate scripts for test scenarios;
provide test process improvement feedback;
working closely with the business analysts and development teams on building and executing the tests;
The candidate should have a deep knowledge of:
understanding of development, test and lifecycle processes and a proven track record in delivering upon commitments;
strong experience in manual and test automation tools;
basic development knowledge in one or many areas: Java, C++, SQL, Web (php, Perl), shell scripting;
3 years experience in black box testing, white box testing (smoke test, functional test, regression tests, performance test, load tests);
3 years experience in designing and executing test scenarios and test cases (manual or automated) and creating test reports;
2 years experience in Operating Systems: Windows, Solaris, Linux.
2 years experience in Rational test tools (RTC, Quality Manager, Functional Tester, Performance Tester, Rational ClearQuest, Rational Manual Tester (RMT) ) or equivalent;
Strong knowledge of English and German;
