SOFTWARE TEST MANAGER
Your main responsibilities will be:
building the Test Strategy for the solution;
development and sign off of the Master Test Plan and other Detailed Test Plans;
defining and executing on defect management processes, monitoring and communicating the test project status;
resolve test project issues, and ensuring effective test process improvement feedback;
coordinating all corresponding test and release activities;
The successful candidate should have the following attributes:
deep understanding of development, test and lifecycle processes and a proven track record in delivering upon commitments;
team and project management skills;
strong experience in test automation tools;
3 years experience in Leading and managing a mid size testing team;
3 years experience in Writing Master and Detailed Test Plans;
3 years experience in Black Box Testing, White Box Testing (Functional Testing, Performance Test, Load tests);
3 years experience in Operating Systems: Windows, Solaris, Linux;
Strong knowledge of English and German language;
