With growing complexity of software systems in present cars and vehicles, combined with tight development timing, the software quality assurance is playing a key role in the overall product development process.
After an initial training phase, your main goal is to ensure the software quality itself as well as the appliance of the defined software development processes. For this you collaborate with the software team, acting as a coach & mentor and software quality adviser.
The ideal candidate is well organized and enjoys to work actively with people.
Details:
-Collaboration with Quality Assurance team abroad
-Defining and tracking of quality targets
-Preparation, organization and moderation of reviews
-Development and participation in training of new employees regarding SW development processes and methods.
-Prepare regular quality reports
-Defining improvement measures and methods
-Coaching and mentoring SW team
-Experience in the field desirable
