For one of our clients, an international company that focus on design, development, production and support for electronic and mechatronic systems, we are searching for a Process Engineer-SMD.
Responsibilities:
Ensure that activities are in compliance with existing standards, procedures and instructions;
Ensure that downtimes of the line are handled properly and are kept as short as possible;
Provide a high quality training in machine operating for the line operators;
Focus on the optimization of production cost in order to increase productivity and labor efficiency;
Keep the maintenance plan up to date in order that the right preventive and corrective actions are taken according to the plan;
Take necessary daily interventions to the programs and machines to ensure that the line works correctly.
Master degree in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering;
Working experience on a SMD line is an advantage;
Fluent in English;
Good interpersonal and communication skills;
Hands-on and a problem-solving attitude;
Positive attitude to work with a team of white and blue collars;
Precise and detail oriented but able to keep the necessary overview.
