Coordinating and supervising the activities of the line operators;
Ensuring that activities are in compliance with existing standards, procedures and instructions;
Ensuring that downtimes of the line are handled properly and are kept as short as possible;
Providing a high quality training in machine operating for the line operators;
Providing the necessary tools for the realisation of a correct production planning and the optimisation of production cost in order to increase productivity and labour efficiency;
Ensuring the maintenance and the correct functionality of the machines;
Taking preventive and corrective actions for daily maintenance of machinery and spare parts to ensure products meet the required quality standards;
Taking necessary daily interventions to the programs and machines to ensure that the line works correctly
Master degree in Electronics or Mechanical Engineering;
Working experience on a SMD line is an advantage;
Good interpersonal and communication skills;
Hands-on and a problem-solving attitude;
Positive attitude to work with a team of white and blue collars;
Precise and detail oriented but able to keep the necessary overview;
Fluency in English;
