RESPONSABILITATI

- Incident Management (ensuring all alerts, issues are accurately logged, reported and escalated appropriately)
- Control of the internal and external service processes in case of failure
- Identification of appropriate problem-resolution procedures using specific customers information
- Single Point of Contact and Case Owner during execution and monitoring of customers Service Level Agreements
- First Clearing operation (removal of failures according to defined regulations and instructions)


CERINTE

- Diploma in Telecommunications or Electrical Engineering or Computer Science,
- Knowledge of communication s or IP technologies
- IT helpdesk experience preferable but not a must
- Process oriented
- Excellent communications skills
- Team player
- English at least - good command
