You will have the opportunity to work together with the world’s leading payments brand – a global payments technology company that connects consumers, businesses, banks and governments in more than 200 countries and territories, enabling them to use electronic payments instead of cash and checks. The Client has built one of the world’s most advanced processing networks. It’s capable of handling more than 20,000 transactions per second, with reliability, convenience and security, including fraud protection for consumers and guaranteed payment for merchants.
The project that you will be working on is the future step in payments. You will develop a new payment platform that enables clients to have a simplified payment experience. It gives the possibility to manage your credit accounts in a more secure way (bank level encryption) while making it more accessible and easy to use.
You will:
- Test software systems and you will review and analyze documentation/specifications and understand the business requirements.
- Identify, write and peer review test cases based on the specifications, identify and create test data, run and execute tests according to plan.
- Identify and report defects, track and retest defects.
- Provide constructive criticism and contribute to lessons learnt for future releases and projects, help with task allocation and tracking if delegated by another senior within the project, review and enforce the quality of tests written within your team, tutor junior testers.
CANDIDATUL IDEAL:
You should have:
- General testing experience (+4 years)
- Ability to lead test activities
- Good knowledge of the software testing lifecycle
- Good knowledge of Agile and SCRUM methodologies
- Active experience in functional testing
- Experience in requirements analysis, test data preparation and test case design
- Experience with at least one bug tracking tool
- Strong analytical and organizational skills; attention to details
- Ability to understand business processes
- Motivated and dependable, has initiative, understands responsibility, team player
You could have:
- Previous experience in financial projects;
- Load and stress testing experience, automation testing experience;
- Knowledge of working with Scrum Management tools;
- Wide use of test tools (HP Quality Center, Bugzilla/ Mantis, Test Link / Testopia etc);
- STQB Certifications.
